We currently ship within Austria and to Germany. All orders are sent via Post AT.
🇦🇹 Austria: free shipping on orders at 50€ or more. Orders under 50€ are being charged 5.90 € for shipping.
🇩🇪 Germany: free shipping on orders at 70€ or more. Orders under 70€ are being charged 7.90 € for shipping.
Orders are being posted twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. (Orders to Germany only on Mondays) If you want your ch°°ze before the weekend make sure to place your order before Wednesday 8.30 am.
Please note that in the event of a problem at the reception (wrong address, full mailbox, etc.), and the parcel is sent back to us, the costs will not be covered or refunded.
If you live in the area and you wish to pick up your order, you can collect it in person at the following locations.

The cartonnage, insulated packaging, and cheeze box can be disposed of as a whole in paper waste. The sustainable insulated packaging made from recycled waste paper. The vacuum bag is made from plants and is biodegradable.
The cooling gel pack can be reused for your next camping trip or unused it can be safely disposed of with household waste. The gel pack consists of non-toxic ingredients and food-approved materials.
It keeps our vegan cheezes fresh and delicious. Please store them in the fridge immediately upon delivery. We use vegan live cultures meaning the fermentation and ripening of the product is ongoing. Therefore, the taste and texture might minimally change over time. But don’t you worry - it’s the same process as the aging of your favorite bottle of wine.
