Our little ch°°ze Lab is located in the beautiful Wachau valley and we produce in small batches. Each ch°°ze is carefully hand-made and aged to perfection. 

Julia &  Violetta met when they were 10 years old and spent all of their high-school together.  After graduation, they both followed their passion in nutritional science and the culinary arts. They travelled and studied the world, gained years of professional experiences in Melbourne, London, New York, Geneva, and Vancouver came back to Austria and reconnected through their love of food, health, and changing the world for the better.
